Saving, single save file or multiple?

Hello,
This week i've implemented saving to game. Now, players can save and load games.
Saving games is very important step for me because that was the only critical step i should complete before release. From now on i will focus on creativity and new species for the game.
But i need your recommendations...
A single save file is enough? Or do players want to have multiple save files?
According to answer this question i'll add support for multiple save files.
